Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to: (1) Access your personal data, (2) Correct inaccurate data, (3) Request deletion of your account and associated data, (4) Export your data in a portable format, (5) Object to processing, and (6) Withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through our support system. Note: Account deletion will permanently remove your data, including transaction history and balance.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary: (1) Account data: Until account deletion request, (2) Transaction records: 5 years for tax and legal compliance, (3) Support communications: 2 years for quality improvement, (4) Inactive accounts: Deleted after 2 years of inactivity, (5) Backups: Encrypted and rotated every 30 days, deleted after 90 days.
